We moved to Columbia Tennessee in November 2022 from California. What could have been a very difficult task buying a house from across the country, Michelle made the task a breeze. She is very knowledgeable about the whole process of purchasing a home. She took care of many things, like the inspection when we were unable to be in Tennessee. It allowed us to concentrate on our move from California. We not only consider Michelle a close friend but she is now family to us.

We made the big decision to move from Los Angeles, California to Columbia, Tennessee. We had been in our California home for 31 years and were looking for a new house to call home for the next 31. We had 3 "must haves" for our new home. Michelle Haggard spent months looking for the perfect home/property for our needs. After finding our home and putting in the offer, Michelle came to the house multiple times to meet with inspectors and handymen.
